Research Kodak Consumer Inkjet Printer Line Page 1 of 4 :: Consumer Wants & Needs
The first phase in concept development is working with current Kodak consumers at their home to get a sense of their expections, wants and needs. In addition, the research team observes their printer environments to discern how the printer is used, where it resides and how this room or space is set up . Further expectations are found via studies, focus groups and discussions with the marketing and sales team.
