UX / UI    Forlenza ID + UX    Story Boarding, Synthesis, Personas and Journey Mapping

Scenario 1: Driver Profile Synchronization between Household Vehicles and Rental/Share/Borrow Vehicles

Story Boarding - Project I: Shown below are two alternate storyboard scenarios for a ride-share aggregation app communicating user want and need. This case study was an individual project performed during the Human Computer Interaction course certification taken at University of California, San Diego (UCSD).

Scenario 2: Ride-Share Aggregation App

Story Boarding - Project II: Shown below is storyboard scenario for a driver profile synchronizer app that would communicate saved driver profiles between personal vehicles within the household, rental, shared and borrowed vehicles via a universal algorithm for all vehicle makes built into the app. This case study was an individual project performed during the Human Computer Interaction course certification taken at University of California, San Diego (UCSD).

Scenario 1: Driver Profile Synchronization between Household Vehicles

Personas: Shown below is a user profile which enables the designer to pinpoint a user's challenges, needs and goals in order to better understand the problem before the actual concrete design work begins. The objective here is to come up with a product or app that allows a working parent with a cluttered schedule to better devise healthier meals for his children in 10 minutes.

Journey Mapping: A journey map is built in conjunction with the user persona above. This helps the design team track and observe time segments in which pain points, emotions, desires and needs become apparent pertaining to the specific design problem for which the design team is solving for. As seen below, not only is the main user (Phil - the father) tracked, but, his children are tracked as well to better reveal to the design team all pain points involved that may trigger potential solutions to our design problem.
