The Cryopen System is a cryosurgical medical device used in a doctor's or PA's office to freeze and treat skin disorders.

The doctor performs seven tasks with this machine in ​order to complete the procedure. Therefore, each task had to require “stations” arrayed in sequence around the design according to the 7-step medical procedure.

The product had to be designed using various low-cost manufacturing techniques - mainly thermo forming + secondary cutting/milling operations for the details.
